Free Doll Pattern: Mermaid Milly

For those of you looking for a fun summer project, I have a free pattern for you to try!  Meet Mermaid Milly; she's a tiny one - at  about 10 inches from head-to-tailfin, she's the perfect size to tuck under a little arm!  She's a great pattern for beginner sewers, or even junior sewers.  Just a few supplies and a couple of hours are all that's needed to make this sweet doll.  Download the Mermaid Milly Doll Pattern and get started!

Supplies:

• 8"x10" felt
• 6"x10" muslin (or other flesh-coloured cotton)
• 18"x21" cotton print (fat quarters work perfectly)
• thread
• embroidery thread (black, flesh, pink)
• polyfil stuffing
• pdf pattern pieces

Tools: iron, scissors, sewing needles, pins, chopstick or knitting needle, sewing machine
